Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of order delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.

• Returns for reasons other than damage or incorrect shipment do not qualify for prepaid return shipping.

• Clothing that has been washed, worn, or altered in any way will not be accepted.

 

Free Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for items of the same product within 30 days of delivery. If you need a different size or color, contact our support team, and we will provide a prepaid return label for your exchange.

 

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item due to damage or incorrect shipment, we will cover return shipping fees. Please contact our customer support with a description of the issue and include photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item.

If a return shipping label is provided, you must return the item(s) within two weeks. Labels not used within this period will become invalid.

 

How to Return Items

1. Use the original packaging if possible.

2. Contact our support team at support@gamedaytshirt.com for return instructions.

3. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip inside the return package.

 

Return Tracking

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking or insurance for your return. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

 

Processing Time for Returns

Once your return reaches our facility, please allow up to 14 days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We will contact you via email (the one used for the purchase) with further details regarding your refund or exchange.

 

Refund Timeline

• Credit card refunds typically process within 3-5 business days.

• Bank account or debit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
